that's really tasty.it's great.you can't miss it.kale kabab has an another name that is naz khatoon(south of guilan) and people serve it with rice and sour fish,fava beans stew,torshe tare,rice and kabab and choghorteme.wow,we only serve the food and love it.some people serve it instead of picklet with other food.
if you want to make it for two persons you must act like the following part: 4 big eggplants tart pomegranate juice with sour grape juice or pomegranate seeds:half cup,herbs,mint and chopped fresh or dried khalvash and chuchagh:on table spoon. Aromatic vegetables like khalvash and chuchagh which are specific to north of iran is not everywhere.so you can use mint instead of them. garlic,half bush enough salt and pepper 75 grams pulverized walnuts.
