Materials needed:

tea spoons of butter
salt
1 tea spoon
Half
cup warm water

glasses of flour
mince
meat 200 gerams

potato

onions
3
grains of garlic

Capsicum

spoons of tomato paste
2
spoons of Coriander
enough salt and pepper
Chop
garlics and onions and roast it in oil to be soft.then add Mince Meat and
chopped capsicum,After the color of the meat changed add salt pepper coriander
and tomato paste and roast it.then remove it from the heat,fry the diced
potatoes and add to the meat. Mixed samosa pour salt,warm water,butter and flour
in a dish and mix it with your hand to be like a soft dough then put the dough
into a Nylon and rest to the dough for 30 minutes.
After
resting to the paste the surface that you sprinkled flour spread with a thin
rolling pin and make equal square spices of the dough(you can use prepared filo
dough instead of this dough). Inside
each square put some meat source and moisten the edges of the dough by water
and stick together(you can tighten the edges of the dough by the pressure of a
fork). Prepare all samosas like this and fry it in plenty of oil and serve it
with your favorite sauce. You can use
lavash bread instead of dough for samosa so that you can have more friable and
more roasted samosa.Cut lavash breads out linear and pour some meat source at
the above and Replicate with 90 degree angle to the bottom and fry it in the
oil(when you're putting samosas in the oil keep it steady a little by spoon to
not be waned with the shock of the hot oil).
points:You can use soya or equal mixed of soya and meat instead of
meat,it's better prepare and serve samosa spicy to not miss the real taste of
south samosa.
