Materials needed:
1 No razor fish
Coriander 250 gerams
Fenugreek 50 gerams   
2 onions   
5 grains of garlic   
3 spoons of Sour pomegranate sauce sufficient amount of turmeric and salt and pepper

clean and soak the herbs (vegetables),after the water of the herbs have been dried put them in a chopper or make them chopped by a knife to be chopped well.cut the fish into pieces with the same size,pour a little salt and pepper over the fish and put aside.pour some oil into the pan and put it on a medium heat to be hot.chop the onion and put it into the oil,add salt and pepper and turmeric and roast it to be soft.Then add the grated garlic and chopped herbs.roast it until the color of the herbs to be changed and to be soaked.then add half a glass of water and Let the herbs cook at medium heat.add pomegranate sauce to the herbs and mix it.then add 3 glasses of water and put the cap half-open and let the food(sauce) boil by a medium heat and it's color to be changed.then put the spices of fish into the food and let the fishes boil for 30 minutes for cooking the food;after cooking put the ghelie fish into a dish and serve it with rice.                 


 *Points:You can fry the fishes then add to the food.in the  south Original recipe of ghelie fish tamarined is used instead of pomegranate sauce but it would be more delicious with pomegranate sauce.the taste of this food must be tart and spicy. Ghelie fish is a popular fish of the south of iran that has many fans throughout of iran ;because of it's fame.this food is very useful for human beacause of it's Nourishing substances.
