Shirazian cabbage rice food (cabbage rice with meatballs)
Shirazian cabbage rice:
kohlrabi 500gr
Mince meat 250gr
2 onions
1 egg
3 glasses of rice
2 spoons of chickpea flour
vegetable (Dill, Torre, Artemisia dracunculus,Basil) 100gr
Shirazian cabbage rice..
To begin with the delicious Shirazian cabbage rice(cabbage rice with meatballs)
first step:
directions: Inside a bowl mix mince, a grated onion, Chickpea flour, egg, some salt and pepper well to be consistent.(take Grated onion juice with your hand).
second step:
take mashed material with your hand and make equal Meatballs and fry it in oil and put aside( It's better to round Meatballs like a hazelnut).
Third step:
Chop kohlrabies like chains and put it inside a pot and bake it with some salt, tumeric and 1 or 2 glasses to be soft.(cabbage juice must be finished)
Forth step:
Pour some oil into the frying pan and chop an onion and preheat in oil to be soft then add baked cabbages and chopped vegetables and preheat with normal heat a few minutes.
fifth step:
Soak the rice for 30 minutes then Pour a few glasses of water and some salt into the pot and place over heat. After a little bubbling rinse it.(the best time for rinsing rice is when you press it between two fingers rice is soft and it's inside is a little bit raw.)
sixth step:
put your pot over heat, pour some oil at the bottom of the pot and put your favorite stuck-pot rice (bread, potato etc...)pour cabbage juice , Beef meatballs and rice in the pot layered As long as the material are used.
seventh step:
Increase the heat to make rice steaming Then mix half a cup of water with some oil and pour it over rice and low the heat, after stewing in your dish and serve it with Beef meatballs, saffron rice etc....
*Points: You can also use dried vegetables instead of fresh vegetables. if you would like add 1 tea spoon of Dried limes powder to mixed cabbage for a better taste. you can even use white cabbage instead of Kohlrabi.
