ingredients for preparing curtain rice
1 cup almond
1 cup rice  Raisin
3 cups rice
butter 100 gr
2 Drumstick or mutton
1 spoon of cinnamon
enough salt and black pepper
1 spoon of rice spice
1 Laurel

Ingredients for paste of curtain rice: 

 2 eggs 
 2 spoons of yogurt  
olive oil 1/2 cup  
1 teaspoon of salt   
flour 1 glass or more To the extent that to be squashed
recipe of curtain rice:          

First step: At first bake chicken with salt and laurel and 2-3 glasses of water and bring it out of water after baking and separate meat from bones and chop the meat and put aside. soak the rice and also soak it with a little salt.    


Second step: Put almonds in boiling water and peel them. put butter in a pan and roast the almonds and soak the raisins and add to the almonds.                                        


Third step: Unload the rice water and add to the almonds and roast it. then add 3 modules of chicken water and pour salt, pepper and spices to boil for rinsing. finally also add chikens and put it over a low heat without making Stuck-pot rice.                                   


Forth step: In the meantime put eggs and yogurt and oil and salt and mix them with mixer then add flour and baking powder. finally add crisp slowly to make a soft paste.            


Fifth step: Then put the paste on the work table and pour flour on the paste and rip it with rolling pan a simple round template and butter it quitely. then we set some almonds which we put aside in the template and put the template in the frazer for 15 minutes until firming almonds well and not to be separated when it's squashing.

Sixth step: Then when we ripped the paste put it into the template and pour the provided  rice into it then put the extra paste on the rice and put it inside the 170 degrees oven for 30 to 45 minutes until roasting on the bread.
